Before you pick a hotel
Decide who is going, the earliest and latest you can travel, and a budget band. Those three facts matter more than a list of attractions.
If this is your first trip outside the region, choose one country. Tanzania or Thailand can be gentler than a three-country European dash. Europe is still a good first trip if the route is short.
Documents and money
Passport validity, visa appointments, and bank letters take longer than people expect. Start those in parallel with the itinerary, not after you have already bought ideas from social media.
We can outline typical costs for stays and transport on the destinations we publish. We do not hold your money as a bank and we will not ask you to transfer funds to a personal account.
What the free consultation is for
Thirty minutes is enough to test whether we are the right agency. Bring dates, a destination shortlist, and any constraints (children, mobility, faith sites, safari, or a wedding).
If we cannot do the trip well — for example a destination we do not yet operate — we will say so. That is better than a vague yes.
